Metal Manufacturing & Metal Works
The use of subcontracted laser cutting and sheet metal folding is increasingly popular across numerous sectors thanks to the precision and efficiency.
We offer subcontracted high-volume laser cutting services tailored for manufacturing companies. Recognising the industry's demand for rapid turnaround times, we provide a comprehensive range of services including laser and plasma cutting, metal folding, welding, powder coating, CNC machining, and complete assembly fabrication. Our capabilities extend across a wide range of materials, including mild steel, Hardox, Raex, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, and free-issue sheet metal.
Laser cutting and sheet metal bending are exceptionally adaptable techniques, well-suited for the production of a diverse range of parts and components.
Daily, we manufacture a variety of components and profiles for numerous manufacturing clients. For example pallet racking guards, barriers, shelving, and trays for various warehouse storage systems, as well as components for stove assemblies, heat source pumps, food processing conveyor systems, and mining separation systems. The potential applications are virtually endless!

FAQs
How do I get a quote?
You can upload your DXF file via our online order system for an instant quote on simple profiles. For complex fabrication, welding, or volume supply enquiries, contact our team directly at sales@lasermaster.co.uk or call +44 (0)1209 821902.
Where are you based, and do you deliver nationwide?
We are based at United Downs Industrial Park, Cornwall, TR16 5HY. We deliver to manufacturing clients across the UK. Contact us to discuss delivery schedules and pallet rates for regular orders.
Do you offer assembly and finishing as well as cutting?
Yes. We offer folding and bending, welding, CNC machining, powder coating, vibro tumbling, linishing, and vapour blasting all under one roof — meaning we can deliver parts that are ready to go straight into your production line.
What materials can you laser cut?
We cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, galvanised steel, and free-issue material and more. Material thicknesses vary by type — contact us with your specification for confirmation.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, DWG, AI, CDR, PDF, and JPG. DXF is preferred for laser cutting as it gives us the most accurate file to program from. Our team can assist with file conversion if needed.
Can you handle high-volume repeat production runs?
Yes. We regularly supply manufacturing clients with repeat monthly orders running into thousands of parts.
Once programmed, your nest files are stored and can be re-run with minimal lead time. Account customers
benefit from priority scheduling.
