Established in 2002 and nestled in the heart of Cornwall, LaserMaster has consistently embraced cutting-edge technology and machinery, propelling substantial growth in a short span. Our equipment roster and production capabilities have expanded significantly, highlighted by our recent acquisition of a local engineering company. This strategic move not only introduced new engineering equipment but also integrated an experienced team with a collective 150 years of expertise.
Equipped with 10Kw and 6Kw fibre lasers, LaserMaster sends components of varying materials and thicknesses to local and international partners. The implementation of ByTrans auto loaders enables our lasers to operate 24/7, facilitating an express turnaround and accommodating high-volume production.
We laser cut substantial quantities of material from stainless steel to aluminum, mild steel, brass, and copper. Maintaining a robust stock of various thicknesses enables us to respond promptly to customer requests.
In 2022, we expanded our facilities with a new 22,000 sq ft factory on-site, complemented by additional cutting and machining tools to meet growing demand.
